Every major commercial kitchen/laundry has this unique problem of oil, carbon and lint accumulated inside the ducts, hoods, fans and vents. Periodic cleaning of the exhaust system is a must. This service is a major component and requirement in fire protection and food hygiene & safety. Considering this requirement, we have developed our state of the art methods of exhaust system cleaning using food grade, metal safe chemical and special tools. We are also a member of the prestigious International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaners Association (IKECA) of USA and our services are in accordance with IKECA and NFPA standards. The need for specialist cleaning of the exhaust systems will depend on the level of usage of the kitchen/laundry. As a standard, according to NFPA and IKECA standards, cleaning interval are;

WHAT WE DO

We clean and de-grease the complete kitchen / laundry exhaust system, i.e., hoods, ducts, vents, and fans. The complete system is scraped, and then cleaned using special chemicals and finally washed with special liquid soap
